ServiceNow Test Analyst

Uni Systems is looking for a ServiceNow Test Analyst to join their UniQue team, responsible for defining test plans, designing test scenarios, and performing manual testing. The ideal candidate has experience in manual testing of ServiceNow applications, familiarity with ServiceNow testing practices, and a strong understanding of software testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 7 years of general IT experience (or Master Degree with minimum 3 years of experience)
• Proven hands-on experience in manual testing of ServiceNow applications within enterprise environments
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) modules
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, such as black-box, regression, and exploratory testing
• Experience using test case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow Test Management, Zephyr)
• Proficiency with defect tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• Experience preparing test data, ideally using SQL and relational databases
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their influence on testing activities
• Awareness of test automation strategies (although automation is not required for this role)
• Good knowledge of English, corresponding to at least level B2 is required (French will be an advantage)
