Requirements
- Studies or training with a focus on information technology
- Experience with ServiceNow basic functionality (ITSM, ITBM, Custom Apps, Mobile App, Performance Analytics, Portal)
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting (data model, dashboards, Performance Analytics)
- Experience in ServiceNow development (client/server side scripting, Flow Designer)
- Experience in software testing (ISTQB Foundation certified)
- Experience in software development
- Very good knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
