We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to develop a strategic training plan, design course plans, and animate training sessions for end-users and operational users.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in training or education
- Experience in ServiceNow training or education
- Mastery of ServiceNow
- Pedagogical design skills
- Ease in group animation
- Ability to popularize technical content for diverse audiences
- Good understanding of change management in IT projects
