Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Three to five years of experience as a Business Analyst
- At least three years of ServiceNow experience with ITSM and SPM understanding
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform functionalities
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) and knowledge of ITIL framework
