Requirements
- Designed at least three distinct course plans related to ServiceNow products
- Delivered two ServiceNow training sessions to end-users or administrators
- Mastery of ServiceNow (user interface, ITSM modules, workflows, service catalog)
- Pedagogical design competence (andragogical approach, user journey, active pedagogy)
- Ease in group animation (face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid)
- Ability to vulgarize technical content for diverse audiences
- Good understanding of change management in IT projects
- Valid ITIL4 certification (advantage)
