This role involves designing and delivering user-centric interfaces, user workflows, and design solutions for ServiceNow applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the overall service experience.
Requirements
- College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or discipline.
- Hands-on experience designing within the ServiceNow platform Design System, especially in: Service Portal, App Engine, Studio, or Workspace design.
- Demonstrated experience creating and customizing widgets using the Service Portal Widget Editor.
