The ServiceNow UI/UX Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the overall service experience. The role requires a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in service design, excellent communication, and overall design skillsets.

Requirements

  • Design and deliver user-centric interfaces, user workflows, and design solutions for ServiceNow applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to translate business requirements into functional designs
  • Customize ServiceNow forms, portals, widgets, and dashboards using Service Portal, UI Policies, UI Scripts, and other relevant tools

Requirements Summary

College degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Hands-on experience designing within the ServiceNow platform Design System and familiarity with Web 2.0 technologies
