We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow UX Developer to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between human-centered design principles and robust ServiceNow development, translating complex organizational processes into intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing digital interactions.
Requirements
- Translate user research and business requirements into effective UX designs, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for ServiceNow forms, portals (Service Portal, Employee Center), workspaces, and custom applications
- Develop and implement engaging and user-friendly interfaces directly within the ServiceNow platform using technologies such as HTML, CSS (Sass/Less), JavaScript (AngularJS, React, native ServiceNow scripting), and Bootstrap
- Enhance out-of-the-box ServiceNow components and create new custom widgets, pages, and themes for the Service Portal and Employee Center
- Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow UX best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to development teams and stakeholders
- Configure and extend ServiceNow modules (e.g., HRSD, ITSM, CSM, GRC) to optimize the user experience
- Ensure ServiceNow applications meet Okta security standards and best practices
- Define requirements, design workflows, participate in all build/configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities to successfully deliver a project/service request
