ServiceNow is seeking a Services Account Executive to drive platform adoption and customer business outcomes. This role involves selling service offerings, including Impact success, implementation services, and training. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor to customers, partner with Sales and delivery partners, and proactively create new service opportunities. They will be involved in both new and existing customer accounts, with a focus on successful implementation and value realization.

Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes
  • 12 years of previous services sales experience (SaaS/solution sales)
  • New account sales focus
  • Existing relationships in large enterprise accounts are a plus
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving Sales/Training targets
