We are seeking a detail-oriented and employee-focused HR Specialist to join our HR Employee Services team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide support to employees on HR-related topics, collaborate with other HR teams, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR generalist
- Experience working in a multinational environment, supporting multiple countries
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels
- Has a customer service mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Fluent in English; additional languages like Czech or Polish are highly desirable
