Shared Services HR Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and employee-focused HR Specialist to join our HR Employee Services team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to employees on a wide range of HR-related topics, collaborating with other HR teams, and contributing to a positive employee experience through consistent and effective service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR generalist.
• Experience working in a multinational environment, supporting multiple countries.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
• Has a customer service mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch) are highly desirable.
