We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Lead with a strong background in SharePoint On-Premises environments, application maintenance, and ITSM process adherence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent soft skills, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in incident, problem, change, and service request management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SharePoint On-Premises administration & support.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Central Admin, PowerShell, IIS, SQL Server.
- Hands-on with site collection management, service applications, and content database optimization.
- Experience working in or with Middle Eastern clients or organizations.
- Fluent in Arabic and English Language
- Familiar with Active Directory, DNS, SSL certificates, and related integrations.
- Deep understanding of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.) and processes.
- Excellent communication, client interaction, and documentation skills.
