The company is looking for a SharePoint Production Support team member who will be responsible for engaging with customers, developing and implementing custom SharePoint solutions, and providing ongoing maintenance of the SharePoint environment.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation
- 3 year check for felony convictions
- 1 year check for illegal drug use
- 1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
- Professional Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years technical experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile methodology
- 3+ years of experience as a SharePoint Specialist or SharePoint Knowledge Management Analyst
- Experience managing permissions for enterprise-wide SharePoint environments
- Experience with SharePoint Online and knowledge of Power Platform applications
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Requests
- Experience with JIRA
