The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or IT, and a strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methods.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or IT
• Experience of requirement management, process analysis and business development
• Understanding of ITSM, ITIL and agile working methods
• Good ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders
• Relevant academic education in IT, economics or equivalent
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
