SIAM Analyst

As a SIAM Analyst, you will play a key role in stabilizing and optimizing the IT Operating Model through data-driven process improvement, service integration, and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of three to five years of IT Service Desk experience.
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in data aggregation and reporting.
• Minimum of three to five years of experience and demonstrable proficiency using and developing reports within ServiceNow
• A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business, management or a related field is required
