The SIAM Reporting Manager is responsible for the strategic design, delivery, and continuous improvement of reporting capabilities across the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) function. This role ensures that service performance data is accurate, comprehensive across internal teams and third-party suppliers, and aligned with organisational objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT service management reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence within a multi-supplier or SIAM environment.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, service performance metrics, and service management principles.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Helix, Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow Performance Analytics).
  • Ability to define and implement reporting strategies, standards, and data governance to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for varied stakeholders.
  • Experience training and enabling users in self-service reporting environments.
  • Familiarity with data automation and scripting (e.g., SQL, Python) to enhance reporting efficiency (desirable).
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors.
