Site Reliability Engineer – Python Developer

Synechron is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability and operational efficiency of their ServiceNow SaaS platform. The role offers the opportunity to work within a global team, implementing best practices in automation, monitoring, and incident management to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in a related field
• Experience in one or more of the following: Software development (e.g., Python, JavaScript), ServiceNow administration or development, Infrastructure management and troubleshooting (Linux, APIs, databases)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Proven ability to establish collaborative relationships and work effectively within a team
• Dependable with a strong commitment to client service and operational excellence
• Ability to respond effectively during technical emergencies and outages
