Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• English and Portuguese communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability for building rapport and handling customers over high-pressure situations and escalations.
• Proven experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Knowledge of web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, Open AM).
• Support Knowledge of cloud platform Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Support knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker and/or Kubernetes).
• Experience with observability tools (Kibana, Splunk, Prometheus).
• Working knowledge of relational database systems (MySQL, SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, Oracle 11 and Oracle RAC).
• Experienced with LDAP design, implementation and networking.
• Knowledge of Storage Management Solutions (SAN, NAS, etc.).
• Working knowledge of networking systems and protocols, firewalls and TCP/IP networks, standards, and architectures.
• Familiarity with ITIL standards and technologies (ServiceNow).
• Scripting/programming experience in Puppet, PowerShell, PERL,.NET, Python, bash or UNIX Shell a plus.
• Experience in full-stack software development with Java, debugging, log analysis, is also a plus.
