Site Reliability Engineer Pl. – (Cloud/Observability)

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Pleno with a focus on Observability to join our team responsible for critical environments of Digital Banking and Payment Means.

Requirements

• Design, implement, and evolve observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces) for Cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• Develop intelligent dashboards and alerts for infrastructure and application monitoring.
• Integrate observability tools with ITSM platforms and automation (e.g. ServiceNow, Dynatrace Workflows, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Act in the analysis of critical incidents, identifying root causes and proposing structural improvements.
• Support AIOps and diagnostic automation initiatives (self-healing, ChatOps).
• Ensure good practices of instrumentation, event correlation, and proactive monitoring.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system visibility and reliability.
