ServiceNow is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their Dublin team and manage and resolve the most challenging issues within the ServiceNow SRE. The role involves assisting in production system support, providing troubleshooting, maintaining system observability, and participating in infrastructure automation projects. A shift schedule of 4 days a week is required within the Republic of Ireland.
