ServiceNow is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to manage and resolve complex issues for the ServiceNow SRE team, focusing on instance performance, reliability, and availability. This is a swing shift role (4 days a week) located in Dublin, Ireland, and the ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent. The role involves providing relief, maintaining system observability, and participating in infrastructure automation projects.
Requirements
- A degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or similar role
- Experience in leveraging AI into work processes
- Solid knowledge of ITIL driven IT Operations – Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system
