Site Reliability Engineering Manager-Back-up & Storage

Site Reliability Engineering Manager-Back-up & Storage position at PNC. The position is leading teams across 3 shifts for 24/7 support. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Cohesity, Avamar, and Pure Storage technologies and a strong leadership background supporting mission-critical infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a management or team lead role within IT Operations
• Deep technical expertise in Cohesity, Avamar, and Pure Storage technologies
• Strong incident and change management background (ITIL preferred)
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Knowledge of storage protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB)
• Familiarity with integrating backup and storage with Windows, Linux, and database environments
• Experience managing backup and restore for both physical servers and virtual environments (VMware vSphere)
