SITEC - ServiceNow Administrator - MacDill AFB

Peraton is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) task order. The role involves overseeing the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, as well as mentoring junior administrators. Responsibilities include system upgrades, patching, and training. This position is critical to maintaining network operations and supporting USSOCOM's mission.

Requirements

• 16 years with HS Diploma, 14 years AS/AA degree, 12 years with BS/BA degree, 10 years with MS/MA, 7 years with PhD
• DoD TS/SCI clearance is required
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and web technologies
