Peraton is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3 EOM Task Order (TO) at USSOCOM MacDill AFB, FL. This role involves managing ServiceNow platform performance, implementing best practices, mentoring junior administrators, and ensuring system stability. The position requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and experience with security, integration, and data integrity.
Requirements
- 16 years with HS Diploma, 14 years AS/AA degree, 12 years with BS/BA degree, 10 years with MS/MA, 7 years with PhD
- DoD TS/SCI clearance is required
- DoDD 8570.01-M IAT II
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM
- Experience with ServiceNow integration tools and APIs
