Peraton is seeking an IT ServiceNow Business Analyst to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3 EOM Task Order (TO) at MacDill AFB in Florida. The role involves participating in requirements gathering, process improvement recommendations, system and data analysis, and business process modeling. This position requires weekly in-office presence and interaction with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 12 years with HS degree, 10 years with AS/AA degree, or 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA, 3 years with PhD
- DoD TS/SCI clearance or above
- DoD 8570 IAT II Certification
- Business Analyst experience with Software Delivery in an Agile Environment with multiple Product/Service owners and workstream to support.
- Operational knowledge and experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow patching/upgrade cycle, testing, and development methods
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong documentation, presentation and process modeling skills
