SITEC - ServiceNow Engineer - MacDill AFB

Peraton is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order at MacDill AFB in Florida. The role focuses on maintaining ServiceNow platform performance, implementing best practices, and delivering robust ServiceNow capabilities to support USSOCOM's mission. This is a key position within a fast-paced, high-reliability environment.

Requirements

• 12 years with HS degree, 10 years with AS/AA degree, or 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA, 3 years with PhD
• DoD TS/SCI clearance or above
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification
• 5 - 10 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
• Knowledge of ServiceNow On-Prem instance implementation, management, and troubleshooting
• Experience in Linux/Red Hat
• Knowledge of database management and SQL (MariaDB)
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX)
• Agile development and change management experience
