Peraton is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO). The role focuses on maintaining network operations, systems, and infrastructure for a fast-paced, highly reliable Special Operations Forces environment. The engineer will be responsible for optimizing system performance, implementing best practices, and delivering robust ServiceNow capabilities.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions in ServiceNow
- Build/maintain modules for ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Implement automated workflows, business rules, and scripts
- Maintain ServiceNow integrations and ensure platform stability
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent. 6-12 years experience with ServiceNow or related IT systems. DoD TS/SCI clearance or above required
