NCS is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to review, analyze, and design solutions for clients. The role involves leading technical architecture, implementing ServiceNow tools, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and security requirements. This is a key position within their growing India-based team.

Requirements

• Diploma /Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the IT field
• At least 7 years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and / or support
• Must have ServiceNow System Administrator certification, Application developer, ServiceNow HRSD implementation and Certified Technical Architect certification
• Minimum Seven (7) years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with hands-on experience in ground up implementations with ServiceNow products
• Minimum Seven (7) years of experience with ServiceNow scoped applications and all scripting module experience including client scripts, business rules, workflow, flow designer, script includes, UI actions, UI macros, UI pages etc. custom application development
• Minimum Seven (7) years of experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and widget development (Angular JS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML)
• Must have experience with the following ServiceNow suites: CTA, TD, HRSD & App Engine.
• Advanced experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, etc.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good people management skill
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Able to work after office hours if required
