Key contributor to Service management deployment initiatives, responsible for change and release management, and coordinator of SIA and TDA approvals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of change and release experience in ServiceNow Platform across multiple applications (ITSM or HRSD module)
- More than 5 years of IT experience in multiple roles of SDLC
- Proficient in Scrum and waterfall methodologies
