The Snr Manager, IT Change & Release - HR is responsible for key contributor to Service management deployment initiatives, change and release management, and technical responsibilities. The role requires 5+ years of change and release experience in ServiceNow Platform and more than 5 years of IT experience in multiple roles of SDLC.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION GRADUATION FROM REPUTABLE UNIVERSITY
  • CERTIFICATIONS SCRUM MASTER CERTIFIED (PREFERRED)
  • LANGUAGES ENGLISH
