Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow CSM Developer to implement and configure CSM applications for Customer Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Agent Workspace. This role involves developing UI policies, integrating CSM with ITSM and other enterprise applications, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaboration with stakeholders is also key to deliver seamless CSM capabilities.
Requirements
- Implement and configure ServiceNow CSM applications.
- Develop UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and flow designer flows.
- Configure Customer Service Portal and enhance self-service capabilities.
- Integrate CSM with ITSM and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CSM implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases.
Requirements Summary
3-4 years ServiceNow experience, strong CSM knowledge, scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs), and portal development experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT is required
