We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge, and more.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Catalog, Incident/Problem/Change Management, and CMDB.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development tools, such as Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and web services.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
