Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Management. Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery patterns, and CI relationships.
- Experience with Event Management and integrating with third-party monitoring tools.
- Good grasp of Service Mapping concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and PowerShell/scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
