As a SOC Analyst, you will be responsible for 24/7 Security Monitoring, Incident Handling, Helpdesk Queue Management, Threat Analysis & Reporting, Collaboration, and Continuous Improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Familiarity with SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar)
- Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts: firewalls, IDS/IPS, malware, phishing, and incident response
- Experience with IT helpdesk systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Freshdesk, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
