SOC Project Manager

Maveris is an IT and cybersecurity services company committed to helping organizations create secure digital solutions. We have an opening for a full-time SOC Project Manager to join our team. As a SOC Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the mission of the U.S. Department of the Treasury by managing SOC operations across multiple shifts, ensuring timely detection, analysis, and escalation of cyber incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7+ years of SOC experience, with 3+ years managing 24x7x365 SOC teams in a federal environment.
• CISSP, GCIH, or GCDA preferred
• Proven experience with tools such as Splunk, ServiceNow, endpoint detection platforms (e.g., Trellix, Defender).
• Familiarity with federal incident handling standards (NIST 800-61, CNSSI 1011).
• Strong operational coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret eligibility preferred.
