Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting critical, customer-facing systems in a production environment

- Proven problem-solving ability and the ability to identify root causes from various data sources
- Experience supporting eCommerce platforms or Retail/Payment systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with Project Management (e.g., Agile, D2P) and ITIL practices (preferred)
