The Software Asset Manager will oversee framework contracts, budgets, purchasing, and software activities, and serve as the primary point of contact for non-technical software-related needs.

• Support to implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) platform
• Work with IT teams to manage software assets efficiently and ensure licensing compliance
• Set up custom SaaS licensing usage integrations and reclamation
• Maintain and optimize the SAM platform for accurate license tracking and compliance
• Collaborate with IT and procurement for software inventory and lifecycle management
• Develop and enforce SAM policies and procedures
• Provide SAM platform training and support to end-users
• Stay updated on SAM trends and ServiceNow features
• Generate reports and insights on software utilization and compliance
