Software Asset Manager

The Software Asset Manager will be responsible for managing and monitoring framework contracts, budgets, and software activities. They will oversee ten multi-year framework contracts, manage software procurement, and supervise the Software Approval Board.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• At least 3 years of recent relevant experience in Software Asset Management
• Knowledge of/experience with: Writing and improving standards and procedures, Business process improvement, Planning/gathering requirements for business process automation, SNOW, ServiceNow SAM Specifics: SAM Entitlements, Software Model mapping, SCCM integration, Intune, Enterprise Agreements, Good oral and written communication in Dutch and French, as well as business English
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow SAM or similar asset management platforms
• Strong understanding of IT asset management and software licensing
