Software Asset Manager

The Software Asset Manager will be responsible for managing and monitoring framework contracts, budgets, and software activities, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for all non-technical software-related needs.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• At least 3 years of recent relevant experience in Software Asset Management
• Knowledge of/experience with: Writing and improving standards and procedures, Business process improvement, Planning/gathering requirements for business process automation, SNOW, ServiceNow SAM Specifics, Software lifecycle management processes, purchasing, use and phasing out software, IT asset management and software licensing
