The ITSM Developer will be responsible for the development and sustained support of the ServiceNow IT Service Management tool suite, Jira Cloud platform, and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The role involves providing technical assistance, resolving business problems, and driving continuous improvements of the implementation methodology and service offerings.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years' experience as a key technical resource leading the design and development of ServiceNow solutions
- Strong skills/Experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
- Adept using SQL and PowerShell
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
- Solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating process documentation
- A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology
- Certification as ServiceNow Application Developer, preferred
- ITIL V3 Foundations Certification required
