NTT DATA is hiring a Software Development Senior Analyst to join their team in Bangalore, India. This role involves developing technical documentation, troubleshooting issues, and working within a fast-paced environment. The analyst will contribute to the maintenance and improvement of systems and application monitoring using ServiceNow and Rally.
Requirements
- 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM Shift
- Good written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with SQL reporting, SCM tools for TFS/GitLab, Coding skills (ALM)
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Rally tool
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Rally, Tasktop Integrations
- Experience with ALM Installation, patch upgrades, version upgrades, Load balancing, Securing certifications, DB performance issues/ tuning
- Experience with Change, process implementation and documentation
