DTCC is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to join their Information Technology group, focused on delivering secure and reliable technology solutions. The role involves end-to-end testing, automation, configuration, scripting, and integrations across the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA, automation, and development, and a passion for high-performing and scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 4 yrs. of software Testing and Development experience with at least 2+ years in ServiceNow
  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
  • ServiceNow Certifications – Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certifications - CSA, CAD
  • Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA and HP ALM
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as ATF, Selenium, or similar tools
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and Flow Designer
  • Experience as a Manual/Automation Tester with strong knowledge of ServiceNow applications
