DTCC is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Engineering team and contribute to the development and support of ServiceNow products. The role involves application development, integration, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Requirements
- At least 4 yrs. of software development experience with at least 2+ years in ServiceNow
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
- Certification in ITIL and one of the ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, Discovery
- Strong working knowledge in IT Service Management, and CMDB
- At least 2 yrs. of experience with JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, REST APIs
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- ServiceNow Platform/Scripting/APIs/Service Portal/Applications experience
- ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Development (CAD) experience
- Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools
