Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• One (1) year experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
• Two(2) years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery
• Two (2) years experience with ServiceNow Implementations
• One (1) year of experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification OR ServiceNow Application Developer certification
• CWIP IAT Level 2
