Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) with 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development, especially ITSM, Service Portal, and CMDB.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or jQuery).
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and SQL Server/JDBC integrations.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and cloud-based hosting environments (preferred).
- Experience with Now Assist or Generative AI frameworks on ServiceNow (preferred).
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to other ITSM tools such as Salesforce or JSM (preferred).
- Familiarity with automated testing using ServiceNow ATF.
- Experience using AI-based coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
