DTCC is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Engineering team, focusing on the ServiceNow products – ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM. The role involves developing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow applications, integrating with other teams, and contributing to the ServiceNow Platform. Requirements
- Assist in development and implementation of applications using ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Develop and implement integrations and workflows, using Flow Designer, legacy Workflow, Integration HUB, and REST
- Support execution of releases, product upgrades, and modern technology deployments
- Provide 2nd level ServiceNow support, resolve incidents, Process Management and Project Coordination
- Perform peer reviews on the work of other team members
- Effective communication skills with both internal and external teams
- Experience with ServiceNow Platform/Scripting/APIs/Service Portal/Applications experience
- Experience with agile methodologies

Requirements Summary
4+ years software development experience w/ 2+ yrs ServiceNow. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. ITIL/ServiceNow certification
