We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Delivery Manager to join our IT Service Management engineering team. In your role you will be key to shaping the our ServiceNow Platform projects and our business as usual (BAU) streams and local development team.
Requirements

- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and IT infrastructure
- Fluent written and spoken English
