ServiceNow is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of AI-powered search and workflow automation features within the Now Platform. This role involves testing, analyzing, and resolving quality issues to deliver a smooth user experience and improve the AI algorithms. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating AI into work processes and collaborate with developers.
Requirements
- Experience with technologies relevant to SN and coding skills
- 2+ years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and coding skills
- Hands on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
- Experience with different automated testing frameworks (e.g., Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG)
- Experience with agile methodology for software development teams
