ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Architect – Finance Applications & Product to design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions for finance systems. This role focuses on bridging business objectives and technical execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and product strategy. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional needs into scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in architecture principles with deep knowledge of finance-related platforms
- Understanding of key finance processes such as procure-to-pay (P2P), record-to-report (R2R), order-to-cash (O2C), budgeting, forecasting, and financial close
- Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into integrated technology solutions with a product mindset
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey architectural decisions to stakeholders
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines
- Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment with global teams, leading by influence and promoting a shared vision.
