We are looking for a Solution Architect - Talent Management to be part of our IT Human Resources team. The role involves designing and delivering scalable, secure, and integrated HR Technology Solutions that align with our Global Enterprise Architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Application Development Lifecyle (5+ years).
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architecture role focused on HR systems.
- Experience with System Integration, APIs, Middleware, and Data Architecture.
- Knowledge of HR processes and Platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure...).
- Experience with different AI models.
- Familiarity with Security, Compliance, and Data Privacy regulations.
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills.
