Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in Solution Architecture focused on HR systems.
- Knowledge of HR processes and platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure).
- Experience with AI models.
