Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will guide organizations through their ServiceNow journey, translating complex business needs into functional, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Documented experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in ServiceNow projects
• Expertise in at least one major ServiceNow solution area (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, IRM)
• Relevant ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
• A solid understanding of both business and technical aspects of ServiceNow solutions
• Experience with agile delivery methods, writing stories, and iterative design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to create detailed documentation and ensure system maintainability
• Strong focus on best practices, standard configuration, and scalable architecture
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
